The course is for students who have an interest in furthering their studies in the field of Education and Development within the sub-field of Primary Agriculture.
Public FET College programmes offer you the opportunity of exiting at the end of a specific NQF level with the relevant certificate, enabling you to return at a later stage to complete your next level.
At the end of the course graduates will be able to: advise farmers on farming techniques/methods; work at a nursery, botanical garden, etc. ; advise farmers on the management of finances; advise farmers on marketing, advertising, and selling agricultural products; work as a production planner for crops and animal enterprises; crop and animal production.
